Planned Giving–a major gift, made in your lifetime or upon passing–enables you to transfer assets to Margaretville Health Foundation and gain significant financial and/or estate planning benefits while reducing taxes.
Ways To Give
The Annual Fund is the cornerstone of giving to the foundation. It is our greatest source of unrestricted funds used to meet the most immediate financial needs for the hospital and residential care center.
Honor & Memorialize
Gifts can be made to honor family members or friends and to mark special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and weddings. Gifts can also be made in memory of loved ones.
Volunteering directly helps people in your community, while allowing you to work with dynamic healthcare professionals, learn new skills and share your expertise.

Making A Difference
Donations contribute to real results. Learn about the services offered at Margaretville Hospital.
The Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day and is staffed by a team of expert medical professionals, including Emergency Room Providers – NP/PA’s who are all certified in advanced trauma life support (ATLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).
We offer a diverse range of diagnostic imaging procedures that can help physicians identify, examine and plan treatment for a variety of disorders. We also offer bone density scanning, ultrasound and Doppler studies as well as traditional X-rays.
Each of our 15 acute care patient beds are in private rooms, allowing our patients to heal in a peaceful setting. Six beds can be cardiac monitored.
The Laboratory can serve both inpatients as well as outpatients with services like general chemistry testing, hematology and microbiology. We also provide transfusion services.
The hospital offers a multidisciplinary approach to rehabilitation that creates individualized plans, whether on an inpatient or outpatient basis. Our team of highly qualified therapists and assistants work to restore our patients to the independent quality of life they desire.
Respiratory therapists treat inpatients and outpatients with respiratory disease. We offer arterial blood gases, pulmonary function testing and respiratory medication treatments.
